Excellent customer service. Beautiful basket arrangement delivered to a friend who is self-isolating during coronavirus epidemic. Ordered after 4pm on a Wednesday and delivered promptly the next day. Delighted with the photo I received of flowers to be delivered - really fab. Will be using John Paul again. Highly recommend this excellent florist. Heather
